Count on our team of professional photographers to bring to life the exceptional instants at your event, whether it's for a trade show, professional conference, fundraising gala, corporate meeting, retreat, holiday party or grand opening. We'll make your participants and guests feel at ease so we can reveal the essence of your event while remaining discreet observers. Our job is to tell the story of your event, whether in involves a candid of your CEO speaking at the lectern, capturing gymnastics on the dance floor or organizing an impromptu group shot of 100 guests! Professionalism you can rely on Our photographers are experienced in the art and dynamics of photojournalism. Our professionals are always dressed appropriately for your event and arrive on time with all the equipment they will need to cover your event: top-of-the-line DSLR cameras, lenses and professional lighting. We will consult with you on any specific needs, requirements or last-minute changes to your event planning. All edited high-resolution images from an event are made available to client within 3 days on flash drive or via Dropbox. Price includes full license to use images for printed promotional materials, newsletters, websites, and social media. Pricing for events in Portland/Vancouver area Hourly: $200/hour, with minimum billing of 2 hours. Hourly if packaged with our photo entertainment service: $150/hr and no minimum billing.
